Every month you will receive:
- A letter written by Mochi.
- A postcard with original artwork.

- A specially curated bingo sheet filled with activities that promote kindness and healthy habits!
Shipping
For both US and international members, shipping is included in the subscription price.
Please note that there is no tracking on letters.

What is The Fluffy Post?
- The Fluffy Post is a physical mail service aimed to promote positivity through heart-felt letters and gifts delivered on a monthly basis with the hope that they bring you happiness! We aim to create a relaxing pause in your busy month, allowing you to appreciate the small things in life, receive tangible, personal mail, and break from the fast-paced environment online. Each month has a different theme, and each character has different specialty items.
When do I receive my letter?
- All letters will be shipped on the 15th of each month. If you sign up before the 15th, you will receive that month's letter. If you sign up past the 15th, you will receive the next month's letter.
- US members can expect their letter within 3-7 business days. International members can expect 14+ business days for their letter to arrive. If you have not received your letter within 4 weeks of shipment, please email us at fluffytroubleofficial@gmail.com.
How do I update my address?
- You are able to update your address, payment details, and pause/cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal.
- You may also email us at fluffytroubleofficial@gmail.com and we can update it for you. Please be sure to email us before the 15th of the month, so we can adjust it accordingly before we ship your letter!
